Preliminary Design/Construction Design Services
We fully consider quality, function, schedule, and constructability in our design. In order to prevent problems, we provide detailed construction design drawing/shop drawings and construction administration services.
- Provide design and engineering services based on building code, local regulations as well as other laws and regulations, ensuring quality, function, schedule, and constructability of the project implementation
- Provide Design Review Meeting to resolve issues
- Develop architectural, structural, mechanical, fire protection, utilities and electrical for production after verification of client’ s requirement
- Provide updated final design development documents to the client to describe the project in detail
- Obtain the building permit for construction
